Maintenance New customer Today I showed up for a complete system.Check up and possible.George flight club enrollment. Hear my findings. I found that all components on all three systems were operating within manufacture specification. I recorded two of the systems were twenty years old, and one of the systems was eight years. All systems, temperature rise was within manufacture specs, as well as temperature split within manufacture. I change the filters for the homeowner. And enrolled her in george flight club monthly.
Today we showed up to perform a maintenance call. Here are the finding: all components of the system are operating within the manifacturing specs. The system is operating properly at this time. There are no other notes at this time.
We showed up for our yearly maintenance. Here are our findings: the unit runs properly and meets all manufacture specs, the caps met standards and we had a 31 split in heating and a 19 split in cooling. When we checked the blower wheel we noticed it was extremely dirty. The ducts were dirty as well and we recommended a duct clean. We did end up cleaning the blower wheel. Open estimate for duct
Today I performed a maintenance on a split furnace and hear my findings Temperature rise was 50° Temperature split was 19° Blower amps are within tolerance range Blower capacitor is also reading within tolerance range Blower wheel, evaporator coil and cabinet are all clean and free of debris Static pressure is within manufacturer specifications Compressor amps and fan motor amps are running within manufacturer specifications. Compressor single capacitor is reading within tolerance range Fan motor capacitor was out of tolerance range Condenser was vacuumed, chemically cleaned, and rinsed. Overall, the system is in good health, and running correctly in both heating and cooling besides the outdoor fan motor capacitor needing replacement. Homeowner would like the capacitor replaced in a later date.

Heat and AC both running normal operation. at this time. Found that the blower wheel and the blower motor is warped from excess heat getting stuck in the cabinet as well as the filter being plugged for almost 2 years causing heat buildup on the motor and causing the motor shaft to warp and the wheel. Customer wanted quote for the repairs sent to his email.
Found that the capacitor was weak given a 62 reading when it should be 70. Customer wanted to go ahead and repair the capacitor and for the payment link to be sent to the email that is on file. Heat and AC run in normal operation at this time.

Found 2 shorts in t stat wiring. Replaced old wire with new from wire coming out of the roof to the unit. Ax runs in normal operation at this time
I completed fall maintenance on a heat pump in Sun Lakes to prepare it for the cooler months. I inspected the heat exchanger for cracks, cleaned the burner assembly, and tested the ignition system. I also replaced the air filter and lubricated the blower motor for smooth operation. After calibrating the thermostat and testing carbon monoxide levels, the furnace is now operating efficiently and ready to handle the upcoming winter season.

Unit was not running upon arrival. Blower wheel fins exploded. Also found a leak coming from the compressor. Customer would like a quote for new as well as fixing the issue.
Compressor and condensing fan motor was turning on, but the blower was not spinning at the speed it needs. Finding out that the motor windings were starting to seize up in the module for the motor could not turn the blower wheel, fast enough, causing the evaporator to freeze up. After replacing ECM blower motor AC runs in normal operation at this time.
I'm working in Sun Lakes this afternoon for our client. I found that the 30-amp fuse in the system was faulty, causing the unit to malfunction. I removed the bad fuse and replaced it with a new 30-amp fuse. After the replacement, I tested the system to ensure it was operating correctly. The unit is now functioning properly, with no further issues detected. I advised the customer to monitor the system and contact us if any problems arise in the future, but everything is working as expected at this time.
Today I showed up for an oh cool. Here are my findings, I found that the condenser coil control board was flashing C code. Then try to restart, and then started flashing a five code which correlated to a short cycle delay. After testing 40 µF capacitor for the unit, it was testing at .026 µF. I recommend to Replace the 40 µF capacitor. After replacing 40 µF capacitor unit started up and begin to Operate. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications.
Today I showed up for a no cool. During my investigation, I found that there was not 24 V me and sent out today condenser coil. After following power back, I Saw the condensate safety switch reservoir full of water. I Blew out condensate drain line, And system started working properly again. All components are found to be within manufacturer specifications.
Today I showed up to perform a no cool service call. When I got here, I found that the condenser fan motor was not operating. I pulled the door capacitor, and found that it was bad, it was reading 0 µF on both sides. Replace 30/5 µF dual capacitor.
System was in high forces cool. DS2 switch was off, turned switch on and system is now working properly
