I’m so happy I found this company!! The owner, George, was so friendly and informative when I made my appointment. The technician was on time, friendly and very professional. He wore shoe covers any time he stepped inside, presented me with a business card, and was clearly competent at his job. He had pictures to explain everything and got my old ac working great in time for these brutal summers. Pricing is competitive, they are fast and friendly, and do great work. There’s a reason they are a 5 star company!!Update: GEEEEZ I love these guys! They just came out for the routine maintenance included in our service contract and I’m just amazed at how thorough and professional our technician, Martin, was. I will never use any other ac company!

George was just the nicest honest guy . I used another A/C company was a nightmare. Did not show on Wednesday then came on Thursday without the proper equipment . So came on Friday did something but had to come back later. The tech said that it could be the condenser and it may last or not and it would be cheaper to get a whole A/C unit. The repaired lasted 10 min so I called and know one came back or any call to apologize. Called George and he came right out an pin pointed the problem right away it was a condenser motor. He replaced the proper parts cleaned my unit up and works great. George went over an above on helping me on the 120 degree temp on the roof. Great Company and very affordable.

Heating and air conditioning inspection.Thermostat install went well and Deven got it done! The blower wheel and motor have issues and I am pondering repair or replace the whole unit. The unit is old and could have more issues.Having the inspection done is a good thing so I can do some planning and make a better decision.

On 10/2/24 the upstairs air conditioning stopped working at our house. (It was 104° that afternoon) My friend recommended All Out Cooling and Heating. I called and spoke with Angela at the office. It was already 3:30 pm that day, but she made some calls to see if any of the technicians could squeeze us in. She was able to change some things around and sent Deven, who came by right away. Deven was personable, knowledgeable and got right to work. He was able to get everything back up and running and we were so thankful! Their customer service is outstanding and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. We were very impressed with their professionalism and sense of urgency to get our A/C back up and running. Thank you!!

This company is very professional and friendly. Both our AC units were in need of replacing. George came out quickly and had a quote back to us in a very short period of time. I have to say, of all the companies (including Costco's choice company) George was the ONLY one who reconfigured the way our ducts were positioned so that we would get better airflow and therefore save us even more money. The way the builder put in the ducts we never had great air flow to 1/3 of the house. No one else that went into our attic to look at the current system ( which was put in place by the builder 17 years ago ) came down with any helpful suggestions the way George did. George is the owner of Air Control. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They were on time and took very good care of protecting our home while doing the removal of the old system, and installing the new. We had JUST put in a brand new built in closet ( worth 20k ) and when they were done - not a single scratch anywhere in the closet, which is where they had to go through to gain access to the attic.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Control to anyone looking to replace their current system. Thank you Air Control, George, for all that you did, proving that local small businesses are most times the best!! We love the new AC & Heating system. It's efficient and quiet and we expect to enjoy many years of comfortable cooling and heating.

I called All Out after being referred to them by a friend. Trey answered the phone on the first ring, and the service tech Devon was on my doorstep less than 2 hours later. They took the time to explain to me all the testing they were going to do, then went through what all the results of the tests mean. I feel they did a thorough service on my units and were very low pressure. Service call fee was very reasonable. 100% will call them again in the future!

Had an AC replaced by All Out last year, the process was smooth and clearly communicated. This summer started having intermittent problems that really couldn't be verified, dispite the techs thorough inspections. I'm sure I was "that guy" calling every few days but I started to think I was crazy. As it got worse the unit finally failed due to a manufacturer defect, no fault of All Out. They got me an entire new AC unit on the house in 20 hours without a cent out of my pocket. I give Tre and Deven props for their professionalism in trying to verify my complaint multiple times. Unfortunately it was a intermittent issue that was only gonna be found unless it happened when they were here. All Out did what they could to solve the issue and responding to my constant nagging. Our new unit is running flawlessly, and more efficiently than it ever has. So thanks to George and the team for believing in my insanity and going above and beyond to make it right!

I had Weather Masters come out because no ac. Their serviceman said my unit couldn't be fixed, so a salesman came out. The new unit would be $11000. Then I called All Out. He fixed a part that didn't let the condensation drain and the ac started back up. Total charge to fix it was $225. His name is Marti and he did a great job and saved me $11000!!

This was the nicest AC company to work with, and it was so refreshing to not be taken advantage of! From Angela the scheduler to Tre the technician, they fixed it in one visit with just one day notice. It was over 110 degrees outside. THANK GOODNESS, for All Out Cooling & Heating! Last week my a.c. unit was on the fritz. I had called out a few companies to come look it over. Both companies seemed pushy and borderline rude. They insisted I needed a complete new unit. Quoting me a ridiculous price. I was recommended All Out by a co-worker. Their office staff was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. She was able to get a technician out within a few hours! Marti arrived and reassured me that he would take his time and provide a proper diagnosis. Marti was able to isolate the issue in no time at all! He also explained to me the root case of the problem. Then, he provided me with a few options to get me unit working! I have a new build house- only 14 months in this house. I’ve had nothing but issues with the AC since I’ve been here. The original HVAC company sent a rookie out that had no idea how to diagnose my problem. Then, they proceeded to ghost me. After getting tired of dealing with them and the horrendous builder I called a second company. Treated me right at first. I even bought UV air purifiers from them! For the last 3 months they’ve been here 4 times. Charged me for an after market blower motor instead of replacing my current one under warranty. After several thousand dollars, my blower motor blew again!! This time on a Saturday night!! No AC in my kids rooms for a whole weekend! They wanted me to replace BOTH of my 2-year old units! Finally I called All Out! They went ALL OUT!! They got my blower motor replaced under warranty, did a full inspection on both units and found the issue from the builders almost two years ago! The damper was installed backwards!! In a matter of a few short hours, my house is now cool, my AC isn’t working as hard and my doors don’t slam shut anymore!! Don’t waste your time with the others!! Call All Out today and ask for Tre!! Get their membership and save yourself the hassle I just went through! Unless you like not having AC in the AZ heat 🤷🏼‍♂️

Knowing our AC needs service, we contacted our friend Joshua, Chief Operations Officer and his HVAC Technician, Martin at All Out Cooling & Heating Company whom went above and beyond to service my AC, and I could not be happier with the results! They not only got my AC blowing colder air again and noise level running quitter, but he also spent the time teaching me about general maintenance of the unit, which was very helpful and informative. I am so glad I came across George and his company. When my AC went out I called the warranty to come out and fix the problem. Warranty took one week to come out just to say it was a bad compressor and needed to get it approved by the warranty company before fixing the problem. Warranty denied the claim and decided to just pay out the old unit at a fraction of what it would cost to replace or fix the unit. The house is being occupied by my daughter and her beloved cats and as you know in AZ temperature it can be deadly in the peak of the heat in July. The house was nearing 100 degrees. When I called George I was anxious of the situation and his quick reaction was amazing. He was at a job and promised he would go that same day himself to see how he can help. True to his word that night he was there and managed to get the unit cooling. He said he would come back the next day to look at the unit and see what needs to be fixed. I was possibly facing having to replace the unit. George came back the next day as promised and he was able to fix the issue which did not even have anything to do with the compressor. I feel very blessed to have found an honest company that is more concern for the client then trying to take advantage of people who have no knowledge of AC units and rely on the experts. I have so much to say about the unsatisfactory of how warranty handled this situation, the first company that probably just wanted to get a free compressor at the expense of my daughter suffering in the heat, and how greatfull I am to George. But this is a post review of All Out Cooling and Heating, and this company is an above and beyond company, I highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!

5 Stars for a reason! It's in the name; they go All Out. Here's the deal, prices are spot on, their professionalism is consummate, their work is impeccable and thorough, incredibly efficient, and clean. As exceptional at their craft as they are, service is where they shine the most.What the name doesn't tell you is how much they care. That's why their service is so good. That's how George and his wife (I got to know them over the whole ordeal with the insurance and everything, they're great) are able to find technicians that genuinely care. Like Tre.In me getting used to the new unit and high-tech thermostat, Tre had the patience of Job with me and was as helpful as anyone can be. Even after having to deal with this 118 degree heat in a tiny little attic space. Tre could not have been more communicative throughout the entire process. You know, I almost feel bad that my Chiefs had to defeat those Eagles of his. In the Super Bowl. Almost.It's not just Tre, the entire team is made out of that same stuff. For anyone that has a Nov. 10th birthday: I've dealt with another company that claimed to... have my back, these guys actually do. I won't be dealing with another company other than All Out Heating & Cooling. They do honest work, for an honest wage, and will leave your place cleaner than they found it.

I just want to share our experience with All Out. We had issues with our AC at my job, and nobody were able to fix them. George came and checked the entire system. After explaining everything and listening to my concerns, he offered the best solution. Our cooling system was replaced. Our office was sitting at 88 degrees over the weekend, George and Tre were out here in Tucson within 24hrs of calling them. Our unit was more than 20yrs old, so we had to have a whole unit replaced. George explained the whole process and kept me updated the whole way through. George and his crew had the crane here, took out old unit, and replaced with new unit within 2hrs!!
