Hello everyone, my name is Joshua Lovato, and I am the COO of All Out Cooling & Heating. My story is a fun one. I met George when I was in college bartending to make ends meet. He was a regular who would come razzle me and my coworkers after he had a long day in the field. When he started his own company, he saw my work ethic and asked me to help him with a few installations. A few installations turned into four summers of working as the first Installation Technician at All Out Cooling and Heating. Once I graduated from ASU, I went into the workforce to focus on process and project management. After a few years of working, George and I connected as we both had the same goal and desire to build and scale a company. Almost a decade after meeting George I am now his COO and oversees all operations at All Out Cooling & Heating. It is my goal to build the standard in client expectations while providing an opportunity for those who wish to better their lives, challenge their skills, and advance in their careers.
