Our History
Before starting his own business, our founder and owner, George Blitch, graduated from The Refrigeration School (RSI) in Phoenix, AZ, in 2007. With more than 15 years of HVAC maintenance, service and installation experience, he and his team set a high standard for the industry in the Chandler and Tempe areas.
In 2015, George founded Air Control with a mission to provide honest and quality work, always focused on taking care of customers and providing the best service at a competitive rate. From day one, customers have always been at the forefront of everything we do.
Our 2023 rebrand to All Out Cooling & Heating is a testament to our desire to go above and beyond on every job, every time.
