Today, I showed up to do a GFC annual tune up on two split heat pumps, here are my findings. I found that all components in both systems were operating within manufacturer specifications. And system operating properly at this time

Today I showed up for a yearly maintenance on two gas furnace split systems. I found that all components in both systems were operating with a manufacturer's specification. I did replace both filters for the homeowner at their request. The return ducts, as well as the supply ducts, looked to be a little layered with debris.
HVAC repair. Installed a new condensate safety switch and union to access primary drain line for proper clean out. After installing the condensate safety switch and condensate drain line union, I tested the system in both heating and cooling to make sure it worked properly. The system is working properly for the home.
Today, I showed up for a george flight club annual maintenance on a split gas furnace, here are my findings. I found it all components we're operating within manufacturer specification. I recorded a 37° temperature rise, and I recorded and 19° temperature split. System operating properly at this time, no further thoughts or not.

Today we performed a maintenance on a Daikin split furnace and here are my findings? Temperature rise was 31° Temperature split was 26° Total external static pressure was .3 which is within manufacturer specifications. Safety switch is working properly and drain line was cleared. Blower motor amps were within tolerance range. Blower wheel Plenum and evaporator coil were all clean and free of debris. All ductwork in the attic was properly hung. There was no kinks or tears. The compressor amps were within tolerance range. Condenser fan motor amps were also within tolerance range Compressor megahoms was reading above 1000 across all three legs Dual run capacitor was within tolerance range under load Condenser was vacuumed, chemically cleaned, and rinsed. Overall, the system is in great condition and running within manufacturer specifications.

Today I showed up for a service call on a split gas syste. Here are my finding, i found that the thermostat was calling for heat, but the upstairs unit was not responding. After further inspection the previous notes led me to search for the white wire that had been disconnected due to errors with the previous thermostats. Once whitewire was reconnected, determinal bar system began operating within manufacturer specifications. I recorded a forty four degree temperature split in heating mode. No other thoughts or notes at this time.

I checked both the heating and AC units for client in Gilbert this afternoon. They are running in normal operation with no issues. The customer is now on the new maintenance plan, ensuring regular inspections and tune-ups for optimal performance year-round. Both systems are functioning efficiently and ready for any seasonal changes.
In Gilbert, AZ, I inspected all units and found them running in normal operation. However, the unit located in the attic near the master bedroom had an air leak between the evaporator coil and the top of the furnace. This was causing a loss of airflow and reducing system efficiency. I sealed the leak using aluminum tape, ensuring a tight seal and proper air circulation. After completing the repair, I confirmed that the unit is now operating efficiently with no further air leakage issues.

I upon arrival compressor was not running on the fan. Replaced bad capacitor AC runs a normal operation. Temp split was 20 degrees
Upon inspection, I found the downstairs unit to not be getting a call for cooling at the condenser. I inspected the low-voltage wiring upstairs and found that There was no call for cooling. After a few tests, I found that the safety switch that was installed on September 6 was faulty and it was replaced and is now working properly. On the upstairs unit, I found the system to cooling, but also heating at the same time. Multiple test were done and found that the thermostat was sending a call for heating while in cooling. W Wire was disconnected at the unit. And both systems are now cooling properly with a 20° temperature split.
2019 3 1/2 ton carrier split heat pump Upon inspection of the condenser I found that the bolts for the compressor were loose. they were tighten back down and confirmed. The system was not making anymore noise. Amps of the compressor were within intolerance range along with the capacitor and the outdoor fan motor.
Upon inspection, I did find the unit was satisfying the thermostat at 85°. I turned the unit on and inspected the outdoor unit and found all amp draws within manufacturer specifications. Along with a new capacitor that was installed by another company that was also good. I went into the attic and inspected the furnace and blower. Everything was running properly no signs of dirt or debris on the coil or the blower wheel. System has a 19° temperature split. System is cooling properly and running well at this time.
Today in Gilbert, I'm working for a great client. I installed two condensate safety switches on the primary drain line to protect the HVAC system from potential overflow. These switches are designed to shut off the system if the drain line becomes clogged or water levels rise too high, preventing water damage. After installing the switches, I tested them to ensure they function properly by simulating an overflow condition. The system is now better protected, and the homeowner has peace of mind that future overflow risks are minimized.
Replace dual run capacitor Found bad dual capacitor on downstairs unit. System is under the manufacturer five-year warranty. Capacitor was replaced With a turbo 200 at warranty price
Leak search I performed a leak search And here am my findings. I Inspected the condenser and didn’t find any signs of a leak there. However, at the evaporator coil, I found extreme signs of deterioration on the bottom of the coil. Oil stains In the drain pan and on the coil itself. Using an ultrasonic leak detector, I was able to determine the leak was in the top corner of the coil. Leak is unable to be repaired and coil needs replacement.
Replace filter drier Work completed morning of 8/27
Leak search, add R-410A as needed. Found a restriction in the liquid line filter drier. Need to order filter and replace tomorrow. Liquid line filter dryer was replaced. System was pressure tested to 200 psi and showed there was no leaks in the system. Vacuum was pulled on the system, however, unable to hold under 1000 microns. System was then purged with nitrogen and is now holding 500 microns. System was charged with 14 lbs of R410 refrigerant.
